X-ray machine comprehensive testerIt combines digital imaging and intelligent analysis technology to improve detection efficiency and accuracy and meet the stringent detection needs in complex industrial environments. It can quickly obtain test results, reduce manual intervention, and improve production efficiency.

Basic principles of X-ray machine comprehensive tester:

  1. Generation of X-rays: In an X-ray tube, when high-voltage current passes through the cathode, electrons are accelerated and hit the anode material (usually metals such as tungsten), thereby generating X-rays. This process requires the support of a high-voltage power supply to provide enough energy to accelerate the electrons to a fast enough speed.

  2. Penetration and absorption: X-rays are high-energy electromagnetic waves with extremely short wavelengths. They have strong penetrating properties and can penetrate most materials. However, materials with different densities and thicknesses will absorb and scatter X-rays to varying degrees. When X-rays are emitted from the ray source and pass through the object to be measured, their intensity will gradually weaken.

  3. Signal conversion and analysis: This intensity change is accurately captured by a detector (such as an ionization chamber) and converted into an electrical signal. By analyzing these electrical signals, information such as the thickness and internal structure of the object to be measured can be deduced. For example, by detecting the intensity difference of X-rays after penetration, defects or foreign matter inside the object can be obtained.

  X-ray machine comprehensive testerDetermination steps:

  1.Preliminary preparation

-Collect information and determine standards: Collect basic information about the objects to be tested, such as models, specifications, etc., and clarify the testing requirements and standards. This facilitates subsequent targeted testing and assessment of the accuracy of the results.

-Check the equipment status: Carefully check the operating status, connection lines and power supply of the X-ray machine before use. If any abnormality is found, the machine must be shut down immediately to troubleshoot and solve the problem to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

-Prepare the sample: Select the appropriate sample according to the testing needs, and process or prepare it as required. Note that the size, shape, thickness and other factors of the sample should meet the test conditions.

  2. Place detectors and set parameters

-Determine detector location: Different equipment types have different regulations. For example, for a machine with a fixed focal stage distance, the detector is placed on the side of the fluorescent screen 20mm away from the bed; for a machine with a fixed focal screen distance, the detector is placed 350mm away from the focus; for a portable machine, the detector is placed 300mm away from the focus. There are also specific placement methods for X-ray machines with image intensifiers. For example, when the X-ray tube head is under the bed, the detector is placed on the bed, and the phantom is placed 50mm above it; when the X-ray source assembly is on the bed, the detector is placed 300mm above the bed, and the phantom is placed below the detector.

-Set initial parameters: After confirming that there is no additional filtering, the tube voltage is usually 70kV and the tube current is 3mA for testing. Of course, the specific parameter settings may vary depending on factors such as equipment model and detection object, and can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

  3. Start detecting and recording data

-Preheating equipment: Wait 15-30 minutes for preheating time to ensure stable X-ray output. During the warm-up process, the X-ray intensity will gradually reach the standard output level, which is crucial for obtaining accurate detection results.

-Start scanning: Start the X-RAY detection equipment, move the detection probe to the required position of the detection object by operating the joystick or coordinate settings on the touch screen, and then start X-ray scanning of the sample.

-Record results: Carefully record all data and image information during the scanning process for subsequent analysis and evaluation.

  4. Analyze the test results: Based on the images and other related data output by the X-RAY detection equipment, combined with the predetermined test standards, analyze and judge the test results to draw conclusions about the tested object.
