Online radiation alarmWith its intelligent design and multi-scenario adaptability, it has become an indispensable tool for radiation safety protection. It shows advantages in reducing personnel exposure risks and improving emergency response efficiency. It uses Geiger-Miller (GM) counting tubes, which can accurately capture weak radiation signals, monitor radiation levels in real time, detect radiation abnormalities in time, and take timely measures.
It supports three alarm modes of sound, light and vibration to avoid the risk of false alarms. The graphic dot matrix LCD display and humanized input interface improve the convenience of operation. It is equipped with a standard RS485 interface or network interface, which can be integrated into a larger radiation safety management system to achieve remote monitoring and data collection. The wall-mounted main control box is easy to install and can adapt to the special environment of -20℃ to +50℃. It has a fault self-recovery function and high and low dual threshold alarm settings to facilitate daily management.
Online radiation alarmMaintenance methods:
Daily cleaning requires attention to external and internal protection. For external cleaning, use a dry, soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the instrument case regularly to avoid dust, oil or corrosive substances from adhering and invading the internal circuitry. If there are stubborn stains on the surface of the equipment, use a small amount of neutral detergent with a soft cloth to wipe it, but make sure the detergent evaporates before powering on. Internal cleaning requires attention to the sensor and the air inlet. The sensor is the core component of radiation detection. It needs to be regularly purged from the air inlet with clean compressed air (moderate pressure) to remove internal dust or foreign matter to prevent it from blocking the sensor window or interfering with the detection signal. If the equipment is equipped with a dust filter, it needs to be inspected and cleaned every month. If the filter is damaged, it needs to be replaced in time to ensure smooth air circulation and avoid a decrease in sensor sensitivity due to dust accumulation.
Component inspection needs to cover key functional modules. Regularly check all external connection parts, including power cords, data cables and sensor interfaces, to ensure that the connections are firm and not loose. If the cable sheath is found to be damaged or the connector is oxidized, it must be replaced immediately to prevent signal interruption or equipment failure due to poor contact; check whether the equipment shell is complete, avoid cracks due to collision or extrusion, and prevent water vapor or dust from intruding inside; if the equipment is equipped with a display or operation panel, check the sensitivity of the buttons and touch screens to ensure that the operation instructions can be executed accurately. If abnormal display or operation failure occurs, clean the contact surface or contact a professional for repair.
