Detailed introduction
TE-Wilbur Portable PM10&PM2.5 Sampler
Product introduction:
PortableThe PM10 & PM2.5 sampler (TE-Wilbur) is an advanced environmental particulate matter monitoring and sampling system that can be configured for TSP, PM10, PM2.5, and other PMc particle classification devices with flow rates between 1 and 25 SLPM. The TE-Wilbur particle monitor is an ideal instrument for environmental monitoring, early warning monitoring and industrial monitoring. It is designed for particle sampling in any environment and can be deployed simply and quickly. In terms of low-flow sampling, it exceeds all performance requirements set by USEPA.
TE-Wilbur's user interface is a 5.7" full-color touch screen with a very intuitive operating menu. The system is specially designed and developed to meet the recommendations of instrument users. TE-Wilbur's features include: easy menu operation, step-by-step calibration, and on-screen status alarms. Its controller program can be downloaded via USB and is compatible with the network communication protocol (MODBUS). Through the mass flow rate measurement instrument and the attached ambient pressure and temperature sensor The pump speed is adjusted through a very precise control loop to maintain the sample gas flow rate at 16.67LPM. With the filter replacement device designed by Tisch, the user can install and replace the filter with one hand. In addition, the filter replacement device does not require continuous adjustment to prevent filter leakage. Data can be obtained through any data acquisition system compatible with the network communication protocol, or can be easily downloaded using a filter with a USB driver.
