Detailed introduction
Full-body seats are an alternative to standing counters due to their small size, comfortable arrangement, and good geometric reproducibility. Various seats using NaI detectors are widely used throughout the nuclear industry. This ORTEC WBC-200 model uses a single large 5" x 4" crystal in a collimated shield to provide excellent analysis results. For more precise area coverage, the ORTEC WBC-200-2 model incorporates two 5" x 4" NaI detectors. Results for the chest area and abdominal area can be recorded in a single count.
The swivel chair allows the subject to enter and exit the system easily. Simple designs offer many advantages over complex positioning mechanisms.
