CIRS MR distortion and image fusion head phantom

Product model:

Brief description:CIRS Model 603-GS is designed to evaluate MR image distortion in stereotactic radiosurgery planning. It is also a useful tool for validating image fusion and deformable image registration algorithms used in various treatment planning systems. The tissue-equivalent anthropomorphic design closely matches clinical imaging protocols. Phantoms can be imaged using X-rays, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.

CIRS MRDistortion and image fusion head phantom603-GSProduct introduction:
CIRS Model 603-GSTo evaluate stereotactic radiosurgery planningMRImage distortion. It is also a useful tool for validating image fusion and deformable image registration algorithms used in various treatment planning systems. The tissue-equivalent anthropomorphic design closely matches clinical imaging protocols. Phantom can be usedXradiography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. It works with all the ones tested so farMRISequences imaged well together, includingT1weighted,T2weighted,3Dflight time,MPRAGEandCISS。
The skull is made from a plastic-based trabecular bone substitute, and the gaps and surrounding soft tissue are made from a proprietary signal-generating water-based polymer. The entire phantom is wrapped in a clear plastic casing to protect the gel from drying out. It comes with specially designed pads that allow mounting using any stereotaxic frame or mounting device for end-to-end testing. Phantom also works with framelessSRS QA。
The entire intercranial portion of the skull volume is filled with a diameter of2.5mmorthogonal3Dgrid, with cross-shaped rods spaced at10mm(I-S),10.5mm(AP) and11mm(L-R). The additional material added in the grid intersections increases the grid signal. The five extended axes intersect at the reference origin of the grid. The end of each extension shaft is equipped withCT / MRmarkings that allow precise positioning using lasers as wellCTandMRCo-registration of image sets.
The phantom includes a diameter of3mm, length17mm of left and right air gaps to simulate each ear canal to assess potential deformations commonly seen in clinical settings.
For users interested in image fusion research, Phantom can be purchased as a kit, including serial number specificCT DICOMData set for reference.CIRSValue-added options and services may also be provided, such as connecting user-specific registered devices and including special point tags.
