Designed for radiochemists who require high-quality analysis, quality control, and report generation, Vista 2000 is an application that controls alpha/beta counters. Radiochemistry applications have a very different focus than health physics applications. For example, systems in drinking water laboratories are typically used by one or two operators with extensive experience operating the instrument. The number of samples is usually relatively small, but each sample requires several hours of counting time. Samples often contain more detailed information and must be tracked using count results. Sample analysis may vary due to national regulatory requirements or customer requirements.

Vista 2000 was designed with these needs in mind. It's not designed for "the masses." Instead, it is designed specifically for radiochemistry based on the needs of long-time practitioners in the industry.

Vista 2000 offers comprehensive features such as easy setup, QC functionality, standard and custom reporting, and multi-system control. Data is stored in an open, universal format and its use does not require relevant database knowledge. Vista FC also does not require third-party applications, and operators do not need to undergo days of training to learn how to use or generate standard or custom reports.
