Integrated Systems Group uses a comprehensive project management approach to ensure your requirements are understood, implemented and verified to quality standards. The following are the process steps typically implemented for integrated and customized systems:
Step 1 Consultation:System definition is key to project success - especially for complex systems. Our technical staff can help* with the definition of the project to ensure its scope is clear and concise, and conduct site visits when necessary.
Step 2 Proposal: Once the system and options are defined, we provide a complete package including equipment, pricing and supporting documentation such as applicable schematics, product specifications and equipment certifications.
Step 3 Design Review: We encourage you to provide input into the design of your custom system to ensure our design meets your expectations. We can also develop and review applicable quality assurance plans.
Step 4 Manufacturing:As manufacturing progresses, we welcome customers to visit us to review progress. During manufacturing, we may think of a "better way" and consider adjustments accordingly.
Step 5 Test: In addition to component and system testing, we can also conduct formal Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in your presence or under your supervision. Systems can be calibrated at the factory using NIST traceable standards from our inventory or when installed in the field using your reference source.
Step 6 On-site installation and testing:Our technicians are on site to assist with the installation and operation of the system. For some applications you will need to approve a field testing procedure similar to FAT to ensure the scope of testing is clearly defined prior to installation.
Step 7 Documentation:Documentation provided with the system includes recommended spare parts, electrical diagrams, schematics, troubleshooting guides, preventive maintenance guides, and step-by-step operating instructions for the proposed system.
Step 8 System Support:All of our products, whether components, instruments or systems, come with a standard warranty that can be extended through various warranty contracts. Additionally, our highly qualified technicians are available to provide you with phone or email support at no additional cost.
